Year Round Oasis

Our year-round oasis project had it all. The design of this project was focused on year-round use and blending into the existing hillside. Some main features included a custom pool house with an outdoor kitchen, infrared heaters and a custom fireplace finished with one of the largest outdoor TVs on the market. The project also boasted a year-round pool and spa as well as a hydronic heating system throughout the porcelain patio to melt any snow immediately. Finished with a total surround sound system by Coastal Source. This project was designed to have just as much enjoyment on a long summer day as it does on a cold snowy night!

Defined Elegance Project

Project Description- In partnership with David Schiffer of DMS Site Design, this project focuses on how elegance comes in simplicity. As the focal point of the project, a medium-sized gunite pool that had some exciting features. Year-round capability, spa modes, and also a full-sized swim resistance jet. This pool blended not just style but function for the client. Finished with an incredible Teak deck and coping, surrounded by a brand-new lush landscape, this backyard retreat redefines personal oasis.
